It's fun warring with a almost completely broken 3DS.
GP3 everything went wrong. everything we did went wrong, we couldnt even dodge blues. our motivation was just plain out terrible GP3.
It was actually a close war the first 2 GPs. but shit happens.
GGs HD2. you deserved the win.

Impressive result in the end but I don't think the results should mislead anyone. It was a tough war. I think everyone had their fair share of luck and unluck (in my case, the luck shined through in GP's 2 and 3 but I also got a couple of rocky moments, especially with bob-ombs) and in the end we had just seemed to ran away with it and got the items when we needed to. I'd say the shock/blue count was distributed evenly between teams but other items (like high placed shrooms particularly in my case) played a difference.
I think the team played very well, especially when it came to avoiding each other by picking different paths but there were still a few communication flaws. We did hit each other and not utilise shocks to our upmost advantage, but overall the positives outweighed the flaws and now there's room to improve on to cut out the team hitting.
Good games, everyone, and good luck with the rest of the season. I'm looking forward to the reverse-fixture and hopefully the competitiveness will be even greater and longer lasting.
